Assessment Services


Our assessment services are implemented by Charterd Occupational Psycholgoists & qualified assessors recognised by the British Psycholgical Society and the CIPD. We have delivered run a number of assessment orientated solution such as Assessment / Development Centres, selection design, Executive Interviewing, Individual psychometric assessment, Organisational surveys & Competency framework development. We are able to offer a wide variety of psychometric solutions using the following tools: Myers Briggs Type Inventory, BarOn EQi, Insights Discovery, Lumina Spark, Saville Wave, OPQ32, Quintax, Resilience Scales  Questionnaire,  Harrison Personality.


Change Management


Change management services can include highly bespoke solutions to achieve a tangible shift in organisational strategy, operational systems and processes and the customer experience. Recent solutions include continuous improvement & engagement programmes, developing the customer journey, re-design selection processes & competence assessment, cultural change to develop trust, driving inclusivity & diversity. Our Change Management services have also entailed completing the following: Focus Groups, Employee Surveys, Customer Surveys / Questionnaires, Data analysis &  Mystery Shopping.
