Simon first joined the retail sector in 1995, building his early experience within Operations for Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer and Christian Salvesen Logistics. In 1998 Simon joined the Asda Supply Chain and led numerous teams across Food and General Merchandise to deliver world-class availability for customers. From the buzz of successfully recruiting, leading and growing his people, he discovered his passion for training and became an Asda Skills Development Tutor in 2010. Simon moved into Senior Projects and Store Format Development roles in 2011, and continued to shape and deliver game-changing training programmes across Asda

Specialist in behavioural change, resilience, mindfulness and outdoor coaching. Worked previously in higher educaiton in the workplace with Coventry University delivering leadership development, corporate and exec coaching solutions. Liz also spent 14 years in Financial Services sector in leadership & management positions (business management/development, sales & marketing). Liz has recently been a guest speaker at the RBS sponsored ‘The Pearls’ conference for women in leadership May 2015 – invited to speak to an audience of 150 women on the topic of ‘Coaching & Mentoring in the workplace’

Alison’s customer service, sales and leadership experience spans over 20 years, working within both the public and private sectors, including FTSE 100 organisations, TUI Travel, Capita and Vodafone. She has a proven track record in delivering results in a variety of organisations and industries, through various roles including sales consultant, retail manager and leadership talent manager. Alison has also operated successfully as a project manager whilst at Vodafone UK and in the not for profit sector.    

Her passion has always been in developing others to maximise their potential as well as leading large scale learning programmes involving designing and launching induction programmes, recruitment and assessment centres, redesigning and delivering leadership development programmes and providing coaching and feedback to a director level. Her energetic, coaching style will challenge others to think differently, believe in themselves and enhance the transfer of learnings leading to improved performance in their working

role.

Hannah works with organisations on their marketing – which ranges from strategic work through to campaign planning, running events and launching new services. I have upgraded existing marketing materials such as websites and brochures and developed specific campaigns for niche markets. My role is driven by the client’s agenda. In some cases I manage their marketing strategy and develop all their communications, with other clients I work with their marketing team on developing creative campaigns. I also identify new market opportunities with clients and take these to market. I am supported by a very able team which includes two marketing assistants, a copy writer and two graphic designers who work on a freelance basis. I worked in the banking sector in Zurich at the start of my career for Citibank and Credit Suisse.

Produce documentaries for BBC and the History Channel. Career highlights as a journalist covered everything from death of Princess Diana to MP’s expenses. Broadcast live on TV and radio. Media Training – work for organisations from the Foreign Office to oil and gas companies in USA, worked in Sri Lanka and Dubai plus all over Europe as well as UK. Crisis Communication – no names obviously but in the UK and abroad. Ghost write for CEO’s – highlight is when they tell their family they wrote it J

Adrian has beeen carrying out grievance, bully & harassment and whistleblowing investigations for 10 years and have investigated individuals up to and including Chief Executive Officers.  He has carried out investigations for Care Homes, Local Councils, a College, a School, Royal Mail, London Underground and the Fire & Rescue Services. His most significant experience with the NHS was as a Lay Expect Panel Member with the Patients Association when he conducted a review of the complaints procedure for a well known NHS hospital recently in the media. The recommendations from his work was included in the Public Inquiry report written by Robert Francis QC. His other experience with the NHS is having conducted mediations for Addenbrooke’s, Hinchinbrooke and Dartford & Gravesham Hospitals.  I have also run training courses for Moorfields Eye, St George’s, University College Hospitals, and NHS England.

Rhys was previously the National Director for Wales of the UK Government’s consumer advocacy body, Consumer Focus.  He has advised the Welsh Government on consumer issues and was part of the Communications Consumer Panel that advises Ofcom and the UK Government. During his time at Consumer Focus he led the organisation through start-up, merger, huge budget cuts and transition over a period of 10 years. He has also worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the University of South Wales, specialising in project work in the areas of Health and Social Care.  He now works with organisations, groups of employees and individuals to help them develop personally and collectively.

Designed and delivered Staff Development training initiatives, Equalities/Diversity consultation and organisational change support at both strategic and operational levels, to a wide range of organisations within the educational, hospitality, public and charity sectors, across the United Kingdom. Chaired & facilitated national equalities steering groups and was lead on projects which received a number of Equality and Diversity Awards.  Easton has worked a great deal with Barnardos on the area of equality and diversity and is also a licensed counselling practitioner.
